Backup - Cannot Select Files

New backup for HP PC running W7 Home Premium. No ‘black triangle’ on tree when attempting to select files to backup - should occur where the red circle has been added. Cannot see files in the My Computer folder as a result. Works okay on my Dell laptop. Any ideas on what to check on the HP - suspect it could have to do with the computer’s name, or similar . . . At a complete loss as to how to fix. Thanks.


Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?

If this does not work then try contacting WD support.
