Backup and Retrieve Versions of an entire folder

I want to backup and then retrieve versions of an entire folder.  I only see a means of retrieving versions of individual files.

Also, I have created a zipped file-folder with the hopes of backing up an entire folder and all of its files and sub-folders and then creating a new zipped file-folder but I do not see zipped file-folders in the Backup files when using WD SmartWare.

Can I somehow accomplish the task of backing up and then retrieving versions of an entire folder and all the files and sub-folders it contains?

Hello and welcome to the WD community.

There is an option o the retrieve tab that lets you retrieve all files including all the versions of the files that have been backed up. Note that the files which have more than one version are only files that have been modified like, documents and worksheets for example.
