I just purchased a My cloud Ex2. This is going to be my primary storage. I would like to backup the My Cloud EX2 device to one of my computer’s hard drive through the My Cloud automated backups. Is this possible???
I went to the Backups section in the program and saw Remote Backups in the list. When I create a job it asks me for the Remote IP Address and a password. Not sure what to put there. There is no username for that password. What is the SSH User Name for? I am not able to change it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
