I plugged in the storage and let it do it’s backing up. Now after that was done it seems like my computer is running very slow. I just wanted to know if anyone has a clue to why this is happening?
It’s the smartware garbage it’s absolute ■■■■. I uninstalled it after my first backup. This is better http://support.wdc.com/product/downloaddetail.asp?swid=119&wdc_lang=en I use the paid version.

SmartWare is using a lot of your system resources. You can pause the backup, if you want, and restart it when you aren’t using your computer.
