I’ve had my passport for almost 6 months now. It continues to fail to back up files incrementally added to my PC making it useless as a backup drive. I have spent hours dealing with WD support. 3 new drives and countless calls/ emails later my drive is useless. This is the worst customer service I have had in my life. I implore anyone who is researching buying a WD product to consider this BEFORE purchase!
