Back up one MyCloud Pro PR4100 to another with larger capacity

I own a MyCloud Pro PR 4100 with four 8-TB HDD’s, configured as RAID 5. That server is nearly full. I have decided to buy two new PR 4100’s, each with four 10-TB HDD’s. I want to back up my present server to one of these two new ones–and by that I mean a bare-metal backup. Can I do that? And how do I do that?
