I iam new in this comminty .also I purchased today a wd my passport ultra 2tb external drive my questions is How to backup my pc data to wd ultra 2tb using wd software. . Plz help me in this. . Thank in advance

Make sure you have WD Smartware installed on the computer and then follow the instructions on page #42 of the WD Smartware user’s manual.
