I used a Passport to back up a failing hard drive on a Win 7 64bit machine then tried to restore my files on a window 10 machine. I know my password, but the windows 10 machine will not except it. Anyone else have this problem?
Also, is there a limit to the number of times you can re-plug the Passport after five failed password attempts?
