I have had two of these Passports and to no avail neither one of them are doing what I am establishing. I want to back up my twin laptops and when you insert them into the port (USB) everything boots up but, still I am having an issue with the Back and Retrieve tabs not enlightened, like the Home, Settings and Help buttons. I have tried everything to alleviate this problem. Using the help has not given me any help atall. Please tell me that it’s just a minor detail, that I am overlooking, instead of malfunction on the design of these units. HELP!!! HELP!!!
From the Home tab just click on one of the two passports and it should make the backup and retrieve tab accessible.
