On Windows 10 while I am connecting WD Ultra External Drive of 2 TB, the autorun.inf for the WD Drive Unlock is not working. I need to execute the .exe file manually. Can some one please help me on this.

This kind of error comes if your computer is protected by any antivirus specially by Norton.
Causes- Norton Antivirus quarantines the autorun.inf file that enables the autolaunch program.
For solution follow this-
Go into the Norton Antivirus software and release the autorun.inf file from the quarantine and exclude it from scans.
