I can’t do automatically synchronization from a huawei? I don’t have a SD card. So only dates from the phone. How do I have to do that?

You have to make sure to keep the My Cloud App running in the Background to Auto Backup the Photos and Video Stored in the Default Photos storage folder of your Huawei P20 Pro.
