Hi, I just purchased a My Passport Essential. I backed up the C: and D: drives of my laptop and then realised that Smartware had backed up my pst 4 times and thus consumed space. So i deleted the backup directly from explorer window. Post that i erased the disc data. Next i did the firmware / software upgrade etc.
Now the auto backup using smartware gets initiated and completed for C:, but is not firing for D:. The ‘backup’ tab shows status as ‘Ready to perform backup’ and on clicking ‘Start Backup’, the window remains static and no backup is initialised. Pls help.
