I’ve been running the WDMyCloud for a long time, so far without any problems.
A new firmware version 5.19.117 was installed on January 12th, 2022.
Since then, 2 IP cameras connected to the device are regularly “AUTOBLOCKED” every 2 days and entered in the blacklist.
These must be deleted manually so that they can save recordings on the NAS again for a short time.
Tell me why the IPs are blocked and how this can be effectively prevented, since it has only occurred since January 12th, 2022.
Before that, the NAS ran smoothly with the cams for years!
I URGENTLY request feedback and clarification!

Hallo Forum,
thank you for your feedback.
Where exactly can I download the update to 5.20.113 manually, since the update function does not find an update via the interface.
Please send me the link to download or the firmware as a file via email.
One can download the firmware for their My Cloud device from the My Cloud Support page for their device. One can click the Support link at the top of this web page. See the download section which has links to download the latest firmware which can then be manually installed through the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings section.
the last firmware update listed in the support link is version 5.19.117.
However, since your colleague Keerti_01 told me to fix the error, I need the firmware update 5.20.113!
can you send me this as a file to my email, thank you!
This is a staged roll-out and will be available to users over the next couple of days.
Users can manually download the firmware using the links provided.
