My external hard drive “mybook” locked by itself !!! and now I cannot access my data that I really need for my work… need to say more for the quality of the product???
Try on a different user account or computer.

I have already tried it but nothing! My laptot does not recognize it and only its little light is on…the drive spins for a minute and then silence! :manfrustrated:
