Authorization via wd discovery

Hello.
As usual, a new user was created and registered for WD MY cloud Home duo.
When authorizing via the browser, everything is fine.
When authorizing through Win 10, the error “My cloud device cannot connect to the server. Check your internet connection and try again.” Or “try later”. Wd installed the latest version.

Help please.

Starting June 2023, we will no longer be supporting the WD Discovery software for My Cloud Home Desktop App.
This means there will be no further functional and security updates for this feature. At this time, remote access to your My Cloud Home™ device will also no longer be available through the WD Discovery™ desktop app.
