Application UnInstaller Buttons are Not Accessible

Since the last firmware update, I’ve noticed that the Apps screen lists a number of Apps that I don’t want to be available, such a P2P and FTP. The buttons on the screen for uninstalling the Apps are greyed out.

Can someone tell me how to enable them?
