Is it possible to plug the superdrive in to the mycloudmirror usb ports and access it over the network?

If guess you are referring to the Apple superdrive? In order for a USB drive to work with the My Cloud Mirror, it must be formatted on one of the following file systems.
FAT/FAT32
NTFS (read and write capability)
HFS+J
Linux Ext2, Ext3/Ext4
XFS
Yes the superdrive is the cd/dvd burner… I take it thats a no then
