API to access remote files from our WD EX4 device

Hi,
We have tested the Cloud Access feature and MyCloud.com service but there are some anomalies, and I don’t want to waste time on this.

As an alternative can we use API of your services in order to get available our files over the world ?

So an user can visit our website an browse files in our device. That’s great.
