Anybody had a refund from Western Digital recently

Ordered 2x w/d gold hard drives on 1st Jan, after five days and not hearing anything I phoned up ,was told due to brexit (uk) no stock etc,so I cancelled
7th get email saying same thing ,phone again to say I have cancelled , sorry sir you cannot cancel
11th get email saying delivery in a few days, again ring up,the Indian sounding lady says when drives arrive, refuse delivery and it will go back to ,not uk but Netherlands so did that on the 15th , tracked and it’s still in uk ,support will not help
Edit within 10 days of my credit card company getting involved ,money was in my account ,and the drives are still going round uk
