Does WD provide or plan to provide an API that would allow developers to implement custom code on WD TV Live Player? For example, I am registered to the web site of a digital TV company who has the rights to broadcast local football matches. This web site delivers football matches with great quality. If WD TV live player had the interface to connect to that web site, like it does for Facebook, Youtube etc., I would have a chance to watch the matches on my TV, rather than my PC. It would be unrealistic to expect WD to implement that interface for me and put to the next firmware release.
That’s why I wonder if WD plans to provide an API.
