Anti-Virus App on Mirror Gen 2

I currently have a WD My Cloud Mirror Gen 2. I am trying to install the Anti-Virus Essentials, but it is not the list of apps in the dashboard.

I have already read the support article, My Cloud: Installing and Using the Anti-Virus Essentials App
My device should be supported, but the app itself does not appear on the 3rd party app list.

Hello, what version of the firmware you have on the drive? Have you tried resetting the drive?

I have the latest firmware, 2.11.140. I do not want to reset my device due to the potential loss of data.

Is there another way of fixing the issue with resorting to a reset?
