Users have reported connectivity issues to and domains that may be related to ISP name resolution issues.

Services that may be affected are:


  1. Changing your routers DNS server to and can resolve ISP related name resolution issues.

  2. Click How to set up a My Cloud device using the Dashboard as an alternate to when setting up new devices.

  3. Enter in your browser instead of to access content remotely using the web browser.

  4. Use the Knowledge Base search feature on if you are receiving SQL Server connectivity errors in your browser.
