Android Mycloud App Backup Puts All Photos in Single Folder!

I currently have all my photos sorted into different folders on my phone such as:

Kids, Pets, Work, ETC.

However when MyCloud backs it all up it puts it all into one huge directory and I lose the sorting!

Please help! Is it possible to have it keep my directory structure? I cannot find this option.

Hi,

At this moment, using the WD Smartware that option is not possible. As a recommendation, add this to the ideas board to see if that can be implemented on a future update.

That’s unfortunate, such a simple yet needed feature, unfortunately for my
needs this is a must and the lack of this makes the product unusable…
