Android app connection error 905

I cannot access my cloud from any of my android apps on Samsung s6edge+ or Samsung tab s2 . This started yesterday before that it’s was working fine and I am on my own local home network not remote. Other apps like kodi can access the drive even my maranti receiver but not the my cloud app. Any solutions please help thanks.

Your router may have been assigned a new IP address by your ISP, if it has rebooted. If your MyCloud is in Port forwarding mode, it does not seem able to re-establish a connection.

The solution in my case is to disable cloud access, and then re-enable it. Not great when this problem occurs when you’re not at home…

In relay mode, it does seem able to re-establish connection.
