for several monthes (!) now, the mycloud app is not synchronzng the canera folder to my MY CLOUD device
has anybody expereienced it too? it happens with several android devices, all linked to the same MY CLOUD drive (2GB)

The iOS My Cloud mobile auto backup feature does not transfer data when:
- The mobile device screen locks
- The My Cloud app is sent to the back ground after opening another app

I’m not on iOS, I’m using Android
Same here, camera upload doesn’t work any more
WD support is “trying” to help me but it seems they are aware of this problem but can’t solve it, so they are just messing me around.
I see; did they say it’s related to some Android versions or distros?
they think i should set the “use data plan” to ON
(and i set it to ON for a week now and still no backups…)
