Amazon S3 Backup problem

I have WD My Cloud Mirror device. I use amazon S3 to create cloud backup (screenshot)
I have some public folders and few folders for users with password access.

When i create backup task i can select only public folders! How i can select users folders?

Hello, unfortunately I have never used Amazon S3 backup solution, lets see if one of the user that have used this feature are able to provide some feedback or information on how to accomplish what you are attempting.

Is it possible to backup private folders in any other way?
