Am i missing something?

bought mycloud to access/edit sensitive documents on the go…

with my iPad i could access docs from dropbox with a PDF app and edit all i want…

don’t feel comfortable having sensitive docs on dropbox or any other cloud…

so got my own cloud…

so far i cannot access my cloud docs from any mobile app except WD mobile app which only lets me look but not edit…

called tech support and was told they that WD doesn’t make software o edit PDfs…

i said i didn’t want that…i just want to be able to access my own cloud with other apps…

PDF expert can access every other cloud except my own…

what am i doing wrong?

Using the Cloud app:

Download the file.

“Open With…” the application that supports the file.

Do your stuff.

Send it back to the cloud app – upload (which will replace) the file back to your cloud.

hopefully WD will allow 3rd party apps to access mycloud directly though…save some steps…

That’s available on the EX2 and EX4, at least via WebDAV for apps that support that.
