Alternate to using dashboard for a safe point help

Does anyone have any alternate solutions for creating a safe point (back up of my mycloud) with out going through the dashboard? I can’t get my dashboard to open and would like to create a back up of my data on my mycloud before something might happen.

If you use the forum search feature (magnifying glass icon upper right) you’ll find several past discussions on alternatives to using Safepoint to backup a My Cloud. Typically they involve using SSH which one has to enable through the Dashboard to access the My Cloud at the firmware level and use linux commands like rsync to initiate a copy of My Cloud files/data to another location.
