All Time Machine backups are gone…. Where are they?

Ok, so i noticed now that I need to restore a folder, that all my backups on my drive are not there.

I open time machine to restore, and all it has is today… This morning it had backups from Oct 15th forward to then.

I changed one of my photo folders and realized I needed to restore that folder. But of course now that I need it, it’s not there.

The mybooklive drive still shows there is still the same amount of disc space taken up on the drive as if the backups were there, but timemachine can not find them on the mybooklive drive…

Can anyone help? This is soooo frustrating, considering they were just there this morning.

I’ve even ejected the disk and tried to select it again in time machine, and it still doesn’t show that there has ever been a backup done, it want’s to do a full backup of 500+GB… But it still shows that 1.4T are used on mybooklive drive from backups from time machine…

Found this on Mac Forums and it fixed it…
