All lights blink blue

All lights blink blue on my new passport wireless pro. Comes a little tick sound in it? Cant reset it. Can anyone help me?

Try a couple things first:

  1. Make sure your drive’s file system is OK by performing a ScanDisk. You can do this from a PC or Mac.
  2. Reset the device

If both do not work, I suggest you contact the WD Support team for further assistance or repair.
