According to the docs, I put the server IP (10.50.10.50) in the file “arkeiabsip.txt”, in the same directory as the msi. The agent gets installed, but it never picks up the IP address from this file. I then have to manually add the client from the web interface. Is there any way/log file to check why arkeia is not picking up the server IP address automatically?
