After update firmware to v04.00.01-623 system got slow

Hi everyone

I have problems with my WD MyCloud
After the firmware upgrade v04.00.01-623, the system was get it too slowly. in the same circumstances before upgrade i could transfer at 11.5 Mb/s and now I only can transfer until 2.5 Mb/s. What do do recomend to me?

how long after the upgrade?

what are you using to do the transfers?

is the speed listed in bits(b) or bytes(B)?

what are the lights by the Ethernet cable doing?
