After reset cannot access dashboard anymore

Hi,

I am trying to prepare my MyBookLiveDuo for trade-in and want to factory reset before sending it off. However, after resetting it in order to reset the network settings to standard, I am not able to access the dashboard anymore.

My OS is Win 10 and I tried all the relevant posts and suggestions in the knowledgebase, but to no avail. I tried on different computers, different network cables etc.

Any suggestions would be welcome!

I was in touch with the support staff and following their recommendation erased the drives outside the enclosure connecting them to another computer.
