After connecting Media Player, power led and usb led are blinking and the player is not responding

Hi all,

I have a WD Media player Gen1 that was working perfect till today. I found it with both leds (power and usb conection) blinking. The media player is not working.

Can I do anything or it has died?

Probably dead.  What does the manual say about that state?

finally I found the problem. The power supply unit has dead. I´ve changed it for another one and it works!
