After AD joined cannot turn off "Public" Access

I am trying to configure EX4100 a few shares for my Active Directory users. The problem I am facing is I am unable to turn off the “Public” Access button so that I can restrict these folder access to only the desired AD users. Whenever I press the button, it just goes to “Update” and after sometime comes back to the log in screen.
