Admin problems

I’ve just purchased a ‘new’ EX2 Ultra from Amazon but it doesn’t seem very new - I’ve had to do a factory reset as I couldn’t get past the initial login part of the setup due to the admin password not being the default (blank). Now that I’m in, there are still traces of the previous user (thank you very much amazon).
In the ‘set up users’ tab I’ve successfully changed the password of the admin role but cannot change it’s attached email address - that field is greyed out and I can’t select it to add a new one.

How do I get around this? I’m logged in as admin but don’t seem to have full admin rights?!

Try to do another restore on the unit, but this time do a system only restore, this is in case you already copied data to the device. Please check this link for help with this process:
