Hello Everybody!
I have bought a new MyCloud EX2 Ultra and want to add it to my old MyCloud EX2 Ultra so that i can use both from my PC.
Please, can you tell me how to do this?
I have not found any possibilities in my Dashboard and cannot register this new device. As i try to register, i get this message:
“We’re sorry, but this action cannot be completed at this time. Please refresh your page and try again.”

Keep trying until you can get through. You will probable have to use a second Email address to register the second one. Check with the sub-forum (My Cloud EX Series) for your device.
