Add MPW device to WD photos app problem

I just try to add device into wd photo android application and there is a problem. In wd photo i select add device and within opened window i can see myCloud (which is connected) and myPassport. Clicking on it, users are offered. Admin and guest. Selecting admin and entering password, resulting with wrong activation code!?

Hi there,

When you try to access the drive on the WD MyCloud app, are you able to access the unit?

Yes. With myCloud app i can access to myCloud and myPassport, but with “wd photos” I can’t access to myPassport, while access to myCloud is ok.
