Add application?

Hello,

I’m trying to add an application (Plex) to my MyCloud, but the option ‘Add Application’ is blocked in Apps.

When I’m switching to another option (Settings or Storage) the option is possible for a brief moment, but it’s so short that I can’t click it.

Is there a solution for this?

The firmware is 2.11.164 and there are no updates possible.

What username are you logged in with? The admin account or another one?
