in my dashboard, the add app has empty list.
I am new, I dont know what I suppose to see there either.
Where can I get this apps? people talking about using dropbox etc but I dont see anything there.

I have had that a few times, resetting both my router and the WD EX2 seemed to fix it.
‘Reset’ you meant ‘reboot’ ?
yes done that few times, still nothing.
