Active Directory users-MY CLOUD EX2 ULTRA 8TB

I configured AD Authentication in the Portal , Giving access to the user , But while accessign from the explorer
It is showing Access Denied.
My AD in Windows server 2016.
In my-cloud-ex2 logs showing CIFS CIFS: Authentication for user [XXXXX] has FAILED.
