Acronis TrueImage 2016 not able to see disk mounted by WD Discovery

Hi @WD_Admin2,

My laptop running Win10 has a Acronis TrueImage 2016 running.
As I retired my QNAP T-210 (2TBx2 mirror) to switch to WD MyCloud Home 6TB, I tried to create a new backup job there in TrueImage.
But, I failed to find the “Y” drive that was mounted by WD Discovery to my MyCloud Home.

Since I don’t have the Samba info of the MyCloud Home device, I cannot setup network backup too.

Any solution for this?

Acronis can backup to the SMB //My Cloud-XXXXX/Public share and not the Private User Space
