Account blocked message (too many password attempts) trying to connect SONOS to my cloud, but can login to WDgo using PC Browser (same credentials)

Burnt a lot of time trying to resolve - any pointers or tips please?

My Cloud Home device can be used to stream through SONOS as it supports My Cloud Home device.

If you have a My Cloud Home, see the dedicated subforum for My Cloud Home. The My Cloud and My Cloud Home are not the same device. They are different. One can use the forum search feature to search for past discussion on trying to get SONOS working with the single bay My Cloud units.
