Is there any way I can acces my mycloudEX2ULTRA by using an app on my PC and not using a browser, when the NAS isn’t in the network? I would like to acces my NAS at home and at work using the map structure, not the structure provided in the browser…
I would like it to work as dropbox does …

You will require to use the browser to perform data transfer as the desktop app is not supported by the My Cloud device.
Enable PnP on your router and simply map a drive to the share name you setup with the WD Mycloud replaced with your external IP address is all I can think of …or something along those lines
