Access to the device remotely

Hi, is there a way to access the WD Mycloud device remotely as an administrator not a normal user (I now a normal user to access their mycloud through a browser).

Do i have to open ports on my firewall? If yes what ports and procedure do I need to do for this to happen, thank you.

If the remote access in enabled and working, you can also access the device remotely by logging in to your mycloud.com account.
