I am a new purchaser of My Cloud for my small office. The question is that I want to be able to access files saved by my employees. Can I do that if they have their own password?
Have you opened up the Dashboard and read all the Help information provided?
Yes you can access files saved by your employees if you configure the My Cloud to allow such access. Please read the My Cloud User Manual (http://www.wdc.com/wdproducts/library/?id=439&type=25) which explains how to setup Users and how to configure their access to Shares (folders) using the My Cloud Dashboard. Or see the embedded Help within the My Cloud Dashboard.
