When accessing https://os5.mycloud.com/ using a web browser from an external network, I will see a “Device is offline” message.
HOWEVER, I discovered that there is one laptop that is able to access, regardless of which network it’s using, and it’s the laptop that I used to setup my ex2 device.
Using other laptops or PCs will result in “Device is offline” message. My mobile devices work fine regardless of which network they are using.
