Access to EX2 device from outside network results in device is offline message [OS5] [Firmware 5.22.113]

When accessing https://os5.mycloud.com/ using a web browser from an external network, I will see a “Device is offline” message.

HOWEVER, I discovered that there is one laptop that is able to access, regardless of which network it’s using, and it’s the laptop that I used to setup my ex2 device.

Using other laptops or PCs will result in “Device is offline” message. My mobile devices work fine regardless of which network they are using.

Firmware version 5.22.113
