Access Point Settings Error

When I try to get into access point settings to change the wifi passwords either via the portal or the app I am getting errors. On the portal I get a box stating “Unknown error. Retry your last operation” and the app gives me an error stating “This operation couldn’t be completed”

I have flashed the firmware for something to try but it didn’t resolve the problem. Has anyone run into this issue before?

Hi Erieg,

The password for the My Passport Wireless drive can be changed using dashboard. However if it is not responding then you can try it on a different web browser or try resetting the device following the links below.
