Access Explorer Android

My Cloud Home - Personal Cloud Storage My Cloud Home Duo

Hello All
I have a WD my cloud home duo since yesterday and am now trying to access/connect to it using ES File Explorer. I need to enter a username/password. However, I have no idea where to find these details, because the login details for the WD account does not work.
