When put in usb drive i get a message that windows does not recognize the disk.
I changed cable - i put it on a lap top - samme problem.
It is lighing up - spinning - but not as much as usual.
It does not show up on diskhandling fra windows.
I have installed wd utility - but it says please connect a device.
any good ideas.
All other hard drives is working fine - seagate - toshiba.
